A little loop through Abney Park. Across the road past the Cemetery/Hospital, keep following a little path straight on that eventually brings you out by Old Booth Hospital on the A34. Turn right and then right on the river that takes you to the Galleon. Over the road all the way to the pyramid. Right & right up the hill, then 1st right that takes you back to the river and over the bridge and all the way back to the pub.
