From the pub turn left, then first right onto Councillor Lane, right onto Demmings Road, left onto the footpath that follows the river opposite the industrial estate, follow that until the March Hare. Turn right on Ladybridge Road, then left under the railway into the park. Follow the river through Bramhall park. When you leave the park at the roundabout head up the hill towards Bramhall, right onto Carrwood Road, keep following that road all the way through Cheadle Hulme. Left on Albert Road, right on Cheadle Road, right onto Orrishmere Road then left onto Queens Road follow that back to Councillor Lane and back to the pub the way you started.
